In its frequency-response graph, CP100+ (red) and CP100 (green) are close through most of the range; both sit roughly 0.5–1dB above the foam trace (blue) from about 20–60Hz, the three traces broadly overlap from roughly 200Hz–3kHz, and their peak and dip positions diverge more above about 6kHz. This confirms that tips and fit can alter the measured response in that setup, but a single earphone and foam comparison cannot establish general superiority, audibility across users, isolation or distortion performance for the current range. The available evidence is too narrow for a positive or negative general conclusion about SpinFit’s acoustic performance.

Its claims cover an eartip with harder and softer portions, an overlapping transition whose thickness tapers, and defined geometric relationships between that transition and the conical portion. The patent’s cross-sectional figures divide the cone into first and second portions joined through a transition; the specification, rather than the drawing shading, assigns their different hardness values. No swivel structure appears in those figures. This supports genuine in-house mechanical and materials design, but not claims that the patent covers the older swivel concept, that competitors have failed to reproduce it, or that the advantage would take years to match. The current implementation is a focused but mechanically simple silicone product without digital, software or connected-system integration. Patent-backed design ownership and accumulated specialization therefore support a moderately positive, not leading, technology assessment.

Cost-Performance

NEO costs 16.99 USD and covers 4–5.5mm nozzles directly plus 3–3.5mm nozzles with its included adapter, across five sizes from SS to XL [5]. W1, Omni and NEO address different nozzle and size requirements, so buyers should start with exact physical compatibility rather than assuming one model is universally superior. The cheaper DUNU S&S has more pairs per pack, but it does not reproduce W1’s full 5–6mm and fine-size coverage or NEO’s narrow-nozzle adapter function.
