Technology Level

The RU3 is an in-house circuit design by Cayin, not an OEM/ODM product. The quad-balanced amplifier arrangement using two TI OPA1602 op-amps and two SGM8262 op-amps in a parallel drive configuration, together with the SPV5068 RISC-V USB audio bridge, is documented in the official product specifications [1]. However, the key technology elements were already established when the RU3 reached the market.
